Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Without delays, parcels should arrive within 5 business days.

Shipping is free after 45$. Base shipping rate is 12$, and may vary depending on the location.

Edit/Cancel Order
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed for shipping. Most orders will be cancellable before noon, when we dispatch our parcels.

Availability
Since we are currently testing this feature, same day delivery is strictly reserved for people in core downtown area. (H3H, H3G, H3B, H3A,H2X)
Operating Hours
We process same day orders throughout the day until 7 p.m. First deliveries should arrive to your door between 7:30 - 9:30 pm

Dropoff Instructions
Please leave us any specific instructions on how you would like your skincare delivered. Please also leave a phone number so we can contact you if need be. Any non delivered items will be attempted a second and final time the next day
